Submission Form

Instructions:
To submit a new listing or to provide corrections and/or updates to an existing listing please fill out the online submission form below. For every publication you list, you must provide relevant information including dates and publisher. Once you have completed filling out all the categories, click on the submit button located at the bottom of the form. All online submissions will be received immediately via e-mail. If you have any problems with the online form, click here to use the printable IWD submission form in Acrobat Reader format and send it via ground mail. All new listings will be reviewed by the IWD director before posting to the directory. Any updates or corrections will be posted within 72 hours of receipt of submission, with the exception of campus holidays.

To submit a new listing or corrections and/or updates to an existing listing you can use either the online IWD Submission form, or the printable IWD Submission form in Adobe PDF format.
